For my personal branding logo, I was inspired by minimalism, line art, and geometric. Since I am both involved in photography and graphic arts, I took symbols from these fields (the pencil to represent graphic design and the shutter from photography) and stylized them into my initials from my name, OA. I chose the color blue for my brand because blue represents creativity, freedom, and confidence.
For my overall brand, I wanted to emphasize not only my design skills but my love of photography. I was inspired by clean, sleek, modern design; I added touches of texture (photographs) to the design to add a personal touch. I used my own black and white photography as accents/a foundation to build my design off of. The use of angels in my brand is reminiscent of the triangle in my logo.
